The new COMPOSI-SERT™ insert accommodates various grip thicknesses and can be used in a variety of structural materials. Available thread sizes: #10, 1/4, 5/16, M5, M6, M8.

COMPOSI-SERT can be installed with a variety of installation tool systems.

AVK’s COMPOSI-SERT™ can be installed with an Automated “End Effector System” with AVK’s SPP2™ installation tool using an inline pistol, vibratory feed bowl and feed track.
Or you may utilize AVK’s Standard Spin Pull SPP2™ Pneumatic Hydraulic System along with the SPP2™ self adjusting grip sensing capability.
And finally, you may also use AVK’s Handheld Spin Pull Tool for smaller assembly output requirements.
